Annette H. Lartigue has more than 20 years of leadership
experience, building partnerships and guiding organizations. An accomplished
strategist and marketer, her vision and expertise in government services and
civic awareness campaigns have been recognized by many: notably the Trenton
NAACP, National Congress of Black Women, Women Who mean Business Association,
Union Baptist Church, Stuyvesant Avenue Mini Station, Oakland Street Civic
Association, Hillcrest Avenue Civic Association and many more.
Her strategic approach to building a city is reflected in
her work as The West Ward Councilwoman and as The Chief of Administrative
Services at The Mercer County Board of Social Services (MCBOSS) , where her
concept creation and focus on internal and external customer service delivery has
produced impressive bottom-line results. Her turnaround capability is
highlighted by her accomplishments as CEO and Founder of The Women Who Mean
Business Association (WWMBA) and The West Ward Advisory Board for the residents
of the West ward. She founded and developed both organizations with a firm
commitment toward teambuilding and partnership.
Offering a rare blend of creative and operational
strengths, Annette has achieved exciting results in training and preparing the
workforce at MCBOSS to more effectively compete when taking civil service test
and to better understand new policies and procedures. Recognizing the need to address stress
reduction to heighten productivity, she partner’s with the staff to help create
a stress free workplace. These initiatives’s include improved working
conditions and increased staff participation in agency changes.
